SAN BERNARDINO, CA─ Effective July 26, 2023, FileSubmit will be available for court users to electronically file a civil, family law, child support, and landlord-tenant (eviction) documents and pay fees securely online. This new procedure is in lieu of fax filing until eFiling is available.
